Theyre hiring a Senior Event Marketing Manager to own, scale, and optimize their proven event marketing engine. This isnt about managing trade show boothsits about creating memorable, human-first experiences that generate pipeline and revenue. Youll report directly to the Head of Marketing and have full ownership of strategy, execution, and performance.

What Youll Do
- Own the event strategy: Build and manage a 12-month calendar of conferences, trade shows, workshops, and activations aligned with go-to-market goals.
- Lead flawless execution: Manage end-to-end logistics including vendor coordination, venue selection, booth design, swag, and on-site production.
- Activate the field: Run localized events that accelerate deals and foster community among target customers and prospects.
- Manage and optimize budgets: Oversee a significant events budget, negotiate smartly, and ensure ROI-focused spending.
- Measure what matters: Capture engagement and attribution data, translate insights into action, and regularly report outcomes to internal stakeholders.
- Build repeatable systems: Develop processes, playbooks, and toolkits so successful events can be scaled across regions and teams.
- Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with sales, demand gen, customer success, product marketing, and creative teams to align on messaging, targets, and follow-through.
- Continuously improve: Set KPIs, experiment with new formats, and refine strategy through rapid iteration and feedback.
- 5+ years in event or field marketing, ideally at a high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech company.
- Proven track record of turning events into revenuenot just brand awareness.
- Experience executing flagship conferences and scaling event programs across multiple formats and geographies.
- Project management excellencedetail-oriented with the ability to juggle speakers, vendors, timelines, and budgets.
- Deep understanding of event ROI and attribution, with comfort navigating event tech, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strategic thinker who can see the big picture and execute with precision.
- Creative storyteller who knows how to extend the impact of events across content, social, and post-event campaigns.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, proactive in solving problems, and quick to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for event execution.
