Accountabilities

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pain points, and emerging trends, supporting profitability analysis, market sizing, and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments including marketing, sales, technology, engineering, and design to generate innovative product ideas and prototypes aligned with customer needs and strategic goals.
  • Develop concepts and specifications defining features, functionalities, target market, user interface, technical specifications, and potential revenue models of new products.
  • Evaluate technical feasibility, legal compliance, and potential risks related to new product development and launch.
  • Monitor market trends and gather feedback from internal teams and customers through prototypes and testing to refine products before launch.
  • Manage comprehensive launch plans and technical deployments, including timelines, marketing strategies, training, and communication channels.
  • Track key metrics such as adoption rates, usage patterns, customer satisfaction, and revenue to assess product performance.
