Affiliate Marketing Specialist
who is eager to learn and grow with our team. In this role, you’ll help manage and expand our affiliate network by building strong relationships with partners, supporting campaign performance, and contributing fresh ideas to drive results. This is a great opportunity for someone who is excited about marketing, partnerships, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Support the recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day management of affiliates. Maintain and strengthen relationships with affiliate partners. Monitor affiliate activity and assist in preparing performance reports. Collaborate with the team on campaign ideas, optimizations, and promotions. Assist with negotiations and tracking commission agreements. Work closely with internal teams (compliance, product, and analytics) to ensure smooth campaign execution. Stay up to date on industry trends and bring new ideas for growth. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or relevant experience). Some experience in digital marketing, sales, or partnerships (internships, part-time, or full-time). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working with data and eager to learn performance tools. Highly organized, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
