Overview

We\'re looking for a Senior Product Designer for our Contacts team. You\'ll help solopreneurs build and maintain relationships with their clients by enabling them to keep track of contacts and interactions over time, with the goal of strengthening relationships. As a key team member, you\'ll shape the user experience for millions of users, designing simple and intuitive experiences that improve everyday work. We believe great design starts with talking to users and that the best solutions come from interdisciplinary collaboration. You\'ll be part of Calendly\'s Design team, collaborating with Product Designers, Content Designers, UX Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers. Responsibilities

Solving complex problems in an exciting new product area Design holistic and scalable solutions that add value to customers Drive discovery work to understand users and their needs Partner with designers, product managers, engineers, content designers, design systems, and researchers to improve and refine the Calendly experience Effectively communicating your design approach with strong storytelling to inspire and align the cross-functional team What we need from you

This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 1-3 days per week to work in our San Francisco office 5+ years building and delivering experiences for digital products in product-led B2B or B2C companies A plus, but not required, experience designing SaaS products for small businesses or solopreneurs A strong portfolio of design work that delivers customer and business value Expert design storytelling with the ability to communicate design solutions to leaders and peers Active collaboration within a design team, including mentoring and sharing expertise Understanding of the levers that balance business goals, team processes, and user needs Authorized to work lawfully in the United States (Calendly does not sponsor immigration at this time) What\'s in it for you

The ranges listed below are the expected annual base salaries for this role, subject to change. Calendly considers factors such as experience, skills, location, and internal pay equity. Base salary is one component of total compensation, which may include bonuses (Top Performer Bonus or Sales incentive), equity awards, and benefits. Salary ranges by location (current geographic zones): Tier 2: Chicago, IL, Austin, TX, Denver, CO, Boston, MA, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, PA, Portland, OR, Seattle, WA, Miami, FL, and other CA cities Tier 3: All other locations not in Tier 1 or Tier 2 $166,464 - $225,216 USD $152,592 - $206,448 USD $138,720 - $187,680 USD Apply for this job
