Senior Manager, Consumer Marketing

is responsible for shaping and executing the consumer marketing strategy for Nuplazid, focused on patients, caregivers, and advocacy audiences. Develops omnichannel campaigns to drive digital engagement, media execution, and social presence that impact patients and their families. Oversees brand and unbranded websites, leads social media strategy, and collaborates with cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver high-quality, results-driven programs. Uses customer insights and performance analytics to refine tactics and introduce innovative approaches to enhance the consumer experience. This role suits a creative, data-driven marketer with strong digital and omnichannel execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Primary Responsibilities
Contributes to the development of consumer marketing strategy aligned to brand strategy. Directs the user experience (UX) for branded and unbranded websites. Evaluates and implements innovative technologies and tactics aligned with consumer marketing objectives. Executes the tactical plans and activities of marketing strategy. Evaluates and executes brand media plans. Leads the implementation of an integrated cross-functional, omni-channel plan across digital channels. Leads the development of social media strategy across consumer, patient/caregiver, and Advocacy audiences. Leads updates to brand.com and DSE.com and monitors website analytics with recommendations for improvements. Partners with Commercial Insights, Analytics and Operations to incorporate customer insights. Leads market research studies to drive customer insights and informs cross-functional teams (HCP Marketing, Patient Support Services, Commercial Operations, Advocacy, Sales). Engages with AORs and supplier partners to drive plan performance. Develops and delivers presentations to commercial leadership and other internal groups. Participates in and adheres to MLR submission and review processes. Coordinates, manages and monitors marketing budgets. Adheres to corporate policies and industry guidelines in a compliant manner. Other responsibilities as assigned. Education/Experience/Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. A minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry within Marketing, with significant experience in digital and omnichannel marketing. Healthcare and Consumer Marketing experience preferred. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered. Biopharma brand management and multi-channel tactical experience Demonstrated experience building multi-channel marketing campaigns Experience analyzing performance data across omnichannel channels (website, CRM, SEM, display, social) Experience in marketing development, execution, and measurement (e.g., market research, campaign development, ROI analysis) Experience directing agency partners Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to interface with other departments to achieve business goals Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to prioritize process and resource decisions Skilled at building effective relationships Ability to travel up to 30% Physical Requirements
This role involves regular standing, walking, sitting, and use of hands for handling or operating equipment. Ability to travel overnight and/or work after hours as required by travel schedule or business needs. May require lifting up to 20 pounds. Salary and Benefits
Salary Range:
$136,000—$169,800 USD . This position is eligible for discretionary bonus and equity awards based on individual and organizational performance.
