Our client, a leader in financial tax software, is looking to hire a UX/UI Designer. This is a hybrid role that will be onsite 3x a week in Mountain View, CA. This job is a 5-month W2 contract role with benefits & paid holidays! As a UX/UI Designer, you will ensure seamless design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all digital platforms, collaborating with product development teams, engineers, marketers project managers, and SEO teams to deliver polished and informative designs. Responsibilities
Produce high quality UX designs through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for digital assets Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing to analyze and predict user behavior Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of relevant design experience Experience using Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite in collaboration with CMS systems Must have a creative online portfolio that demonstrates strengths in typography & layout Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelorss Degree Prior experience in the FinTech, SaaS, or Financial Services Industries Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
