Overview Join Centric Consulting – A Culture Youll Love. At Centric Consulting, we establish a culture built on collaboration, enjoyment, and delivering great work. This role focuses on leading UI/UX design initiatives and guiding the design team in alignment with an FTE lead.

Responsibilities

Lead UI/UX design initiatives, ensuring cohesive and engaging user experiences across web and landing pages.

Act as a senior design resource, guiding the team while maintaining alignment with an existing FTE lead.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to optimize system integrations and usability.

Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design solutions and enhance the user journey.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure design consistency and feasibility.

Maintain brand standards while innovating user-centric solutions that improve engagement and usability.

Utilize industry best practices to drive design excellence and modern UI/UX methodologies.

Effectively communicate design rationale and insights to leadership and technical teams.

Qualifications

A senior UI/UX designer with leadership experience and the ability to act as a "player-coach".

Adept at working in a collaborative environment, balancing leadership responsibilities while working with an FTE lead.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and align cross-functional teams.

Proficient in UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design platforms.

Experience in designing and integrating landing pages with other enterprise systems.

Ability to translate business and technical concepts into laymans terms to align stakeholders.

Passionate about delivering exceptional client and employee experiences.

Strategic thinker who can prioritize effectively and adapt quickly to new challenges.

Experience in Agile methodologies, iterative design processes, and user-centered design principles.
