The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing local marketing and community engagement strategies to drive brand awareness, foot traffic, and revenue for the venue. This role will support all Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives, including event activation, partnerships, outreach to schools and military, local business collaborations, and tracking campaign effectiveness in alignment with brand standards. Ability to research, plan, and execute marketing activations independently Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Professional demeanor with a commitment to brand representation and community goodwill Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed for events Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic editing (Adobe Suite experience a plus) Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail Continuous learner with a growth mindset Team player with an upbeat, positive attitude Education & Experience

12 years of marketing, event coordination, or community engagement experience (entertainment, hospitality, or retail a plus) Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
