THE ROLE OF A COREPOWER YOGA STUDIO COORDINATOR As a Studio Coordinator (SC), you contribute to the world class CorePower Yoga studio experience by coordinating studio operations and upholding the studio to the highest health and safety standards. In alignment with our Core Values, you work alongside the Studio Manager to deliver results and growth towards company and studio-level goals. This SC role is an entry-level position designed to help you learn the business and develop the skillset to operate a studio.
Responsibilities
Studio Presence and Guiding the Student Experience
Act as an ambassador of the CorePower Yoga Core Values and inspire these values in others
Support the Studio Manager in achieving goals such as membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, teacher and SET recruitment, and programming enrollment
Commit to a flexible schedule of 18-29 hours per week in studio to support operations, teaching (if certified), health and safety protocol execution, front desk guidance, and team support
Be flexible with schedule availability to serve the studio and team needs
Serve as the studio-level point of contact for students and staff when the Studio Manager is not present
Maintain studio supply inventory (cleanliness, towels, amenities, programming materials, etc.)
Engage with the studio community, greet students by name, and foster community at the front desk
Assist teachers with learning the POS and other pre/post class duties
Coordinate and Execute Health, Safety and Cleanliness Protocol in the Studio
Maintain high standards for cleanliness and functionality of the studio, including environment, climate control, and overall presentation
Communicate Smart Health Protocols to students
Act as an extension of the Studio Experience Team (SET) by cleaning, stocking amenities, and ensuring cleanliness protocols
Coordinate SET shifts, cover no-call/no-shows, and training when scheduled in the studio
Lead orientation for new SET members and train them on cleanliness protocol and role expectations
Coordinate studio operational systems with the Studio Manager and teams, including POS, Online Reservation System, Subbing Application, HRIS, and Help Desk
Teaching Schedule
Support the studio class schedule by teaching a minimum of 6 CorePower Yoga classes per week and subbing additional classes as needed
Skills & Experience
Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Values
Excellent communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service
Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program preferred
Yoga Sculpt teacher training preferred
Familiar with studio systems (HRIS, intranet, POS, scheduling and payroll systems)
Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals and levels of seniority
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize under deadlines
Self-starter with the ability to take on new projects
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
College degree (BA/BS) preferred

Availability must match business needs and leadership schedules (morning, evening, weekend, some holidays)
Physical ability to move, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs
If certified to teach, ability to teach with little notice while scheduled
