About The Role: Trade Marketing is a lead function with Reckitt, responsible for defining, designing and delivering the go-to-market strategy for our portfolio of brands. To be successful in this role, an Associate Trade Marketing Manager (ATMM) must embody Reckitt core values of Ownership, Entrepreneurship, Partnership and Achievement. This role will work with the professional distribution channel (wholesale, multi-step or fragmented distribution). Responsibilities
Defining the go-to-market strategy by identifying key insights that drive success in the professional distribution channel. Developing KPI metrics and performance reports based on sales, inventory, and sell-through data. Exhibiting strong quantitative analytical skills, comfortable working with large data sets, and the ability to learn, understand and report findings and insights. Designing the go-to-market strategy with clear rules of engagement on each 4P to the sales team. Conceptualizing, developing and implementing multi-faceted programs and promotions aligned with key sales, marketing and brand initiatives. Demonstrating excellent financial acumen to model and validate ROI of proposals. Supporting future NPD/EPD 4P launch strategy. Delivering the go-to-market strategy by externalizing brand plans with excellence, developing sales materials, and supporting the sales team as the brand/category expert. Tracking performance of brands and innovations to identify opportunities and collaborating with sales and marketing to optimize results. Exercising influencing skills and the ability to work independently while being team oriented. Qualifications
4-year college degree (MBA a plus) 2 years of work experience in Sales and/or Marketing Experience in wholesale/multi-step distribution is a plus Proven analytical skills Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills Computer proficient; advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with Power BI a plus Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Skills for success

The base salary range for this role is USD 102,000.00 152,000.00, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
