Agiloft is seeking an
Account Based Marketing Manager
to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns aimed at driving engagement and revenue within our top accounts and priority segments. The role involves close collaboration with marketing and sales teams to design, execute, measure, and scale ABM initiatives. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel ABM campaigns tailored to specific target accounts and buyer personas, utilizing content marketing, digital advertising, email, social media, gifting, and other tactics. Research target accounts and leverage data to craft personalized messaging and content. Collaborate with sales to understand their needs, align efforts, and select target accounts based on data and insights. Maintain a database of active contacts within prioritized accounts, working with SOPs and MOPs. Coordinate with content, product marketing, and sales teams to develop compelling messaging and assets. Create and review campaign deliverables such as briefing documents, presentations, and promotional assets. Monitor, report, and optimize campaign performance, experimenting with tactics to meet pipeline and revenue goals. Support sales with campaign playbooks, call scripts, and messaging, leveraging ABM technology effectively. Participate in regular marketing and sales meetings to review results and refine strategies. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
8+ years in demand, growth, performance, digital, or field marketing. 4+ years of relevant B2B ABM experience, preferably in high-tech or legal tech sectors. Proven ability to work with SDRs, sales teams, and management at various levels. Hands-on experience launching scalable campaigns across multiple media platforms. Expertise with martech tools like 6sense, Hushly, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc. Strong data-driven marketing strategy skills, including segmentation and personalization. Excellent project management and communication skills. Ability to perform under pressure and innovate in a high-growth environment.
The US base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $165,000, excluding bonuses and benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, location, skills, and experience.
