Base salary ranges from $99,000 to $165,000, with potential additional incentives based on location and experience.

Job Description

RapidScale, a leader in managed cloud solutions, seeks a Manager of Alliance Marketing to develop and execute co-marketing strategies with AWS. Responsibilities include managing joint campaigns, digital demand generation, sales enablement, and partnership investments to enhance market visibility and pipeline growth. This role involves working closely with AWS marketing teams and internal stakeholders to align initiatives and optimize results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead AWS co-marketing strategies and joint go-to-market activities.
  2. Develop integrated marketing plans including digital campaigns, ABM, and co-branded content.
  3. Drive demand generation initiatives to expand brand awareness and pipeline.
  4. Coordinate with AWS and internal teams to ensure messaging consistency and program success.
  5. Manage MDF and co-op marketing investments, including ROI analysis.
  6. Create and maintain campaign and event roadmaps aligned with AWS priorities.
  7. Collaborate on content creation for campaigns and assets.
  8. Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
  9. Ensure brand consistency across all AWS-related initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or related field with 6+ years of B2B tech marketing experience, or a Masters with 4+ years, or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • At least 2 years in partner or alliance marketing, preferably within hyperscaler ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of AWS partner marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Proven success in developing demand-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Strong messaging, content creation, and sales enablement skills.
  • Data-driven with knowledge of Salesforce and analytics tools.
  • Ability to present results and coordinate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with AWS field sales or co-sell teams.
  • Background in cloud or enterprise IT services.
  • Familiarity with ABM tools and demand generation platforms.
