A leading global investment management firm based in New York City is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join its high-performing Global Marketing team. This role is instrumental in shaping and executing the firms global content strategy, driving integrated marketing campaigns, and elevating the firms voice across digital channels. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital content development, strategic campaign management, and measurable execution ideally within the financial services or investment management sector. This individual will work cross-functionally to ensure content initiatives align with business objectives, engage target audiences, and support brand positioning across global markets.
This is a 12+ month contract position that will pay $43-46/hr (depending on experience) within a 40-hour work week. This position is required to be onsite 4 days per week in their Boston office.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the editorial team to shape and execute content strategies that elevate the firms thought leadership and deliver timely market insights through a range of formats, including outlooks, videos, podcasts, and more.
- Oversee content development across key digital channels, including the website, social media, email, and paid media, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand voice.
- Lead the strategy, design, and execution of global paid media campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive meaningful engagement with the firms content.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing and digital teams to ensure content initiatives support and advance overarching marketing objectives.
- Monitor content and campaign performance metrics, analyze data to derive actionable insights, and refine strategies to maximize effectiveness and impact.
- Keep a pulse on emerging industry trends and content innovations to ensure the firms content remains fresh, relevant, and influential in a competitive marketplace.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related discipline is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in media planning and buying, content strategy, or brand marketing.
- Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and paid media strategies, including display, programmatic, sponsored content, and PPC.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly analytical with meticulous attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
