Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. You will be the lead architect of our content strategy, responsible for developing and executing compelling, high-impact content that drives brand recognition, lead generation, and sales engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of how content marketing fuels the pipelinetaking thought leadership ideas and turning them into scalable, measurable demand generation campaigns.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role suited for a content marketer who blends creativity with performance-driven thinking and thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
This is an on-site position at our Chappaqua, NY location.
Salary range $110k-$130k.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Campaign Leadership
- Develop and lead a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with brand, demand generation, and revenue goals.
- Own the end-to-end content lifecyclefrom strategy and planning through production and performance measurement.
- Design and execute multi-touch, multi-channel content campaigns that nurture leads through the funnel and drive sales engagement.
- Partner closely with growth marketing, sales, product, and external thought leaders to translate messaging and market insights into strategic content initiatives.
- Lead the development and execution of a content calendar that balances brand awareness with pipeline goals.
- Manage the website as a strategic content and conversion hub, optimizing user journeys to drive engagement and lead capture.
- Produce high-quality content across formatswhite papers, blogs, case studies, videos, infographics, emails, webinar scripts, and social media.
- Repurpose long-form assets into short-form content to maximize reach, impact, and conversion opportunities.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, user intent, and funnel progression using insights from performance data and agency partners.
- Build and manage full-funnel content campaigns that support lead nurturing, sales enablement, and pipeline acceleration.
- Collaborate with sales and BDR teams to develop content that fuels outbound campaigns and supports account-based marketing.
- Oversee content distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels, including email, social media, webinars, PR, and partner channels.
- Create content for digital and in-person events that promotes thought leadership and generates qualified interest.
- Monitor and analyze content performance across the funneltracking MQLs, SQLs, influenced pipeline, and engagement rates.
- Continuously test content formats, messaging, and distribution strategies to optimize campaign ROI.
- Deliver regular performance reports and insights to demonstrate content marketings contribution to pipeline growth and revenue.
- 5+ years of content marketing experience, with a strong portfolio of lead-generating campaigns and sales-aligned content.
- Proven ability to build and execute content strategies that drive measurable pipeline impact.
- Experience developing multi-channel, full-funnel campaignsespecially in B2B, B2G, or GovTech environments.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across long- and short-form content.
- Strong understanding of SEO, marketing automation, CRM platforms, and content performance analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic team environment and work cross-functionally with sales, client relations, and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
