Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for crafting and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital channels to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for a proactive marketer with a strong grasp of social media, digital advertising, and campaign analytics.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate with external partners to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google PPC.
• Analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies and improve return on investment.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance marketing effectiveness.
• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably as a Marketing Coordinator or Manager.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and marketing software is a plus.
