Creative Project Manager (Hybrid) Job at Cella in Hoboken

Overview

Creative Project Manager contract role at Cella. Location: Hoboken, New Jersey. Compensation: $41.21 - $43.21 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manage multiple creative projects, collaborating directly with business partners and vertical teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external agencies, and clients to ensure clear, proactive, solutions-oriented communication.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships, demonstrating business acumen, project management expertise, and the ability to drive fast-moving initiatives to launch.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with SBU teams and cross-functional stakeholders to execute innovative ideas, campaigns, and programs.
• Navigate approval processes, execution steps, and performance measurement for campaigns and programs.
• Track project progress and maintain status documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor campaigns post-launch and deliver activation decks to clients.
• Identify risks and remove roadblocks to keep projects on track.
• Foster a spirit of partnership, collaboration, agility, and operational excellence.

• Skill in building professional relationships and communicating effectively with internal and external partners.
