About Attollo Prep: It is a fulfilling time to join the Attollo Prep team. Attollo has undergone a transformational change, going from serving a handful of 12th graders to annually working with over 400 11th and 12th grade scholars from twelve school districts across Lancaster County! Role Overview: The Director of Photo and Video is a creative responsible for producing high-quality visual content that tells the story of Attollo Prep and its scholars. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this individual will oversee all photography and videography projects, ensuring that our visual representation aligns with our mission and resonates with our diverse audiences. From capturing pivotal moments at events to creating impactful long-form and social-first videos, this role is integral to shaping Attollo’s narrative.
Responsibilities:
- Capture and edit professional-grade photos and videos during programs, events, and trips using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Create and adapt content for both social-first platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and long-form video formats.
- Maintain a high-quality library of photos and videos for program and campaign use.
- Use social media metrics to inform and create data-driven, engaging visual content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials and platforms.
- Stay updated on trends in photography, videography, and social media to produce innovative content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with organizational goals, needs, and program messaging.
- Oversee and run the Attollo In Frame, our content creation Summer Program.
- Mentor and guide students participating in the Social Team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Videography, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, etc.), DaVinci Resolve, or other professional-grade editing tools.
- Significant knowledge or expertise of camera hardware, lighting techniques, and post-production workflows.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including content creation strategies and metrics analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Reliable transportation for on-site shoots and events.

Hours:
- Working hours vary seasonally
- Early mornings required during the fall (Attollo Recruit Season) + occasional evenings & weekends
- Occasional evenings & weekends required during the spring and summer
- Up to three weeks of travel during the summer to cover college tours
Benefits:
- Salary: $45,000 - $55,000
