Job Summary

The Executive Producer manages large and complex projects and campaigns and may lead several producers and multiple project elements. They collaborate with the Client, Account Management (AM), Strategists, Executive Creative Director, and other Producers to define project scope, audience experience, deliverables, budget, and resource requirements to bring the project to successful completion. They maintain positive, productive relationships with all team members and serve as a key resource to the client both within and outside of projects.

Tasks/Responsibilities

The general duties and responsibilities of the position are as follows:

  • Discover / Design
    • Collaborate with AM, Strategists, Executive Creative Director and other Producers on client messaging, audience experience, creative development, project scope and deliverables, and proposal design and delivery
    • Serve in the proposal and throughout the project as the senior level client contact regarding project budget and our ability to deliver the promised audience experience
    • Oversee creation of project and proposal budgets, negotiate pricing with vendors in coordination with assigned Producers and all other team members
    • Lead client presentations
  • Deliver
    • Collaborate with the team on resource selection and oversee Producers in managing all resources and vendors
    • Act as a key resource to the client in developing and structuring future projects
    • Modify and review budgets as required throughout the project in collaboration with the entire project team and client
    • Incorporate client and team input to improve the audience experience
    • Support and manage the entire team to meet milestones
    • Collaborate with AM to lead post-project meetings with clients and internal teams
    • Oversee reconciliation of budgets and ensure assets are archived
    • Review and approve all vendor invoices in a timely manner
  • Office Responsibilities
    • Input and maintain data in project management systems
    • Share knowledge and mentor other team members

  • Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
    • Minimum ten years of experience in production and/or project management
    • Ability to create and manage production budgets of any size
    • Proficiency in all skill set areas
    • Leadership in managing large and complex teams and projects
    • Effective communication with all levels of management and the client regarding project vision
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Ability to manage multiple projects over long periods with changing deadlines
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Outstanding presentation, verbal and written communication skills
    • Client-focused, accountable, and able to lead teams
    • Problem-solving and resolution-focused
    • Passion for creating engaging and impactful audience experiences
    • Extensive knowledge of MS Office, MAC and/or PC; familiarity with Adobe Suite, etc.
    • Willing and able to travel

Hours

  • Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (40 hours per week). May fluctuate due to the role’s requirements.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform duties that may include lifting up to ~25 lbs, sitting, bending, stooping, and standing as required.

Travel Requirements

  • Heavy travel is associated with this position. Travel for InVision-related business is reimbursable per state and federal guidelines.

Education / Experience

  • Minimum ten years of experience in production or project management with a proven track record of completed projects.

Salary

  • Salary range: $150,000.00 to $185,000.00. Specific pricing may vary based on location, experience, and skills. Eligible for additional compensation. Benefits include paid time off, medical, dental, and retirement. Eligibility for discretionary annual incentive program depends on rules and performance.
