Overview As the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for identifying key insights into clients, the marketplace, competitors, macro trends and market opportunities, and using those insights in the development and execution of marketing strategies and plans for the organization.

Participates in the development of the organization's plans and programs as a strategic partner, but particularly from the perspective of the impact to marketing programs Evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning of new programs/strategies and regulatory; continually assesses the competitiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets Positions marketing as a strategic partner with other business units across the organization to build and improve strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives Develops overall roles and responsibilities within all functional areas of the marketing department. Prepares and maintains annual department plans and budgets; provides sales and marketing training and ongoing development for team members and managers Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar 5-7 years of prior marketing and/or communications experience Must have current/recent experience in a leadership role; 3+ years in a leadership role preferred Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google AdWords Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools, strategies and techniques Strong understanding and ability to analyze market trends and recommend changes to business development strategies Outstanding communication, facilitation and presentation skills Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers Equal Opportunity Employer.
