centralized marketing execution lead

to ensure consistency and performance across all markets. About the Role

This is not a strategy role. Were looking for a

Marketing Manager who thrives in execution someone who can manage day-to-day field marketing needs, support campaign rollouts, oversee vendor deliverables, and keep our brand tight and consistent across every touchpoint. Youll work closely with the

Fractional CMO

and senior leadership to bring a proven marketing system to lifeensuring every location is supported, every review is managed, and every asset is on-brand. Key Responsibilities Field & Local Marketing Execution

Act as point-of-contact for field teams, fulfilling requests for business cards, signage, uniforms, truck graphics, events, and collateral. Reputation & Listings Management

Monitor and respond to reviews across platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook); maintain GBP and LSA accuracy. Vendor & Asset Management

Manage timelines, production, installation, and branding quality with third-party vendors; maintain a centralized asset library. Campaign Coordination

Roll out national and seasonal campaigns; ensure alignment across digital and physical touchpoints. Reporting & Data Support

Pull and prep marketing data (LSA, GBP, spend, reviews); summarize trends and escalate issues. Budget & Program Tracking

Assist in tracking marketing spend and co-op program fulfillment. Have

5+ years

of experience in marketing coordination, brand operations, or local marketing (multi-location or franchise preferred) Have supported

field teams

or

service providers

in a fast-paced environment Are fluent with tools like

Google Business Profile ,

Canva ,

Google Sheets ,

ClickUp , or similar platforms Are exceptionally organized and

process-minded you thrive on clarity and execution Are energized by

getting things done , not writing strategy decks
