Were hiring our very first Product Marketing Manager; this is an opportunity to sit in a highly cross-functional role and build the product marketing function from the ground up. In this role, you will guide our positioning and nail messaging across different audiences and channels, lead product launches, and stay in lockstep with our customer and our market. Positioning & Messaging

Guide positioning in the market and tailor our messaging across different channels and audiences, ensuring our unique value is shared through simple, clear narratives whether on the homepage or through a case study. Leading Launches

Plan, communicate, and execute tightly organized, punchy product launches with a clear vision and story, ensuring the entire team is aligned on delivery. User & Market Understanding

Develop deep understanding of users, their pain points and values; share insights to inform marketing and product roadmap; stay up-to-date on evolving pricing and packaging, with a POV on internal evolution. Drive Greater Feature Adoption & Retention

Track feature awareness, adoption, and retention; collaborate with marketing and product to highlight features by platform and persona at different stages of the user journey. Cross-Functional Contact

Build strong relationships with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to support sales efforts with collateral or customer stories. Qualifications

8+ years of experience in a product marketing role. Exceptional storytelling and writing skills; strong written and verbal communication. Ability to translate customer and market insights into personas, positioning, messaging, and pricing recommendations. Proven track record of launching products or features in B2C or B2B environments, including planning, execution, and post-launch assessment. Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of product to partner effectively with marketing and product teams. Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to align teams with competing priorities. Comfort pulling and analyzing metrics to measure performance or identify opportunities (e.g., using Mixpanel, Amplitude, or BI tools). Benefits
