Accountabilities: Drive sales growth by developing and executing local marketing plans aligned with national brand strategy. Establish and manage marketing budgets, media plans, and agency partnerships, ensuring effective performance and compliance. Provide marketing leadership and guidance to franchisees, operators, and agencies, serving as a trusted advisor. Oversee approval processes for creative and marketing materials to ensure proper trademark usage. Collaborate with operations teams to align strategies with business goals and deliver measurable results. Create tools, programs, and best practices that support local promotions and maximize participation in national initiatives. Monitor, analyze, and report on market performance, sharing insights with stakeholders to improve campaigns. Support franchisee fundraising programs, new store openings, and key regional events. Present strategies, results, and recommendations at leadership meetings, workshops, and conferences.
