Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a UX Developer Lead to join their team. As a UX Developer Lead, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting the Internal Audit Technology Platform team. The ideal candidate will have creativity, strong communication skills, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Schedule:
3x on site per week, 2 WFH per week
Pay Range:
$67/hr W2 (We can not work C2C/C2H/3rd Parties)
Interviews:
Video and a potential on site interview

12 months opt to extend to 24 months
This is an immediate opening with interviews available for the week of 9/15.
What's the Job?
Design and develop wireframes, workflows, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to enhance user experience
Translate business needs into intuitive visual and UI deliverables that meet brand standards and accessibility guidelines
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure UX solutions align with organizational goals
Ensure responsive design across various devices and platforms, including mobile
Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to iterative improvements and team collaboration
What's Needed?
7+ years of experience creating wireframes, workflows, personas, and scenarios to improve user experience and efficiency
5+ years of experience ensuring designs meet brand standards and accessibility guidelines
Experience with collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Strong knowledge of UI principles and mobile platform considerations
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively
