In this role, you\'ll focus on illustration and animation production. You will define and implement a new illustration style for YouTube and shape the visual language. You will create original artwork and lead the team\'s production efforts. This role requires a systematic approach to creative output, ensuring brand consistency and operational efficiency across all products and platforms. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$222,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location; your recruiter can share the specific range for your location during hiring. Responsibilities Mature and evolve the notion of framework by collaborating with other leads to form a cohesive offering across Google products. Work across programs to define, maintain, and evolve the tools, processes, and communication around asset management. Leverage principal contributors to explore concept development to influence product, a viewpoint around visual style, and product commitments. Defend Google products, the brand promise, and its unique value proposition amid the relationship with Google\'s master brand. Partner with visual programs within the organization to evolve and apply new design styles and aesthetics for the suite of products.
