Our cause-driven retail store is seeking energetic and kind Chapman students to join our team. Full Circle is so much more than a thrift store, it really is a space for a unique shopping experience. As a sales associate, you'll have the chance to design displays, dress mannequins, curate our clothing selection and create an amazing experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity to learn about social entrepreneurship and sustainability. Content Creator Associate:
The Content Creator Associate will assist with Full Circle Marketplace's social media presence, primarily on Instagram and TikTok. This role involves supporting the creation and posting of content that showcases merchandise through reels and posts, while also helping with in-store responsibilities.

Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn support process. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

This program keeps youth off the street and out of the foster-care system.

Content Creator Associate:

Responsibilities
Sales Associate
- Create a warm and cozy atmosphere for our guests in accordance with the vision of the store by acting in a welcoming and approachable manner during customer interactions.
- Convey the mission of the store and share stories of impact with customers. Operate a cash register and perform related tasks, including cash handling, credit card processing and opening and closing of the register.
- Straighten, arrange, stock and dust off merchandise, maintain shelving areas as directed by management and participate in the designing of displays in windows and on tables.
- Help manage donation flow by sorting and organizing items Maintain store cleanliness at all times.
Content Creator Associate
- Social Media Support: Assist with planning and posting on Instagram and TikTok, including capturing content that highlights merchandise.
- Content Creation: Help develop creative photos, videos, reels, and stories that align with the brand's voice and style.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to brainstorm and execute content ideas that reflect the mission and aesthetic of the shop.
- Posting & Engagement: Support regular posting on social media platforms and engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
- Sales Associate Duties: Assist with day-to-day shop responsibilities, including manning the register, sorting merchandise, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Required Qualifications
