Primary Responsibilities:General StatementThis person plays a key role in the functioning of the Technical Services and Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Departments, managing serials maintenance tasks and interlibrary loan/document delivery requests. High security job. Job requires using an automated environment and requires periods of walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting materials.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee serials maintenance to include mail pick-up, check-in, sorting, processing, and shelving; filing of claims; periodicals stacks maintenance; and bindery preparation.Oversee procedures associated with ILL lending and borrowing in support of the information needs of the students, staff, and faculty of SRSU and other Libraries clientele using the OCLC Tipasa system.Assist in supervising and training student workers.Generate monthly statistical reports.Attend meetings and training courses as needed to remain current with the changing technology.Perform other reasonable duties as required.

The report also contains information about crime statistics for the three most recent calendar years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus; in On-Campus Student Housing Facilities; in Non-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by the University or a recognized student organization; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus. The report also contains fire statistics for any fires occurring in an On-Campus Student Housing Facility during the three most recent calendar years.
