Project Overview:

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Design and implement research studies (semi-structured interviews, usability tests, surveys)
- Run research studies (e.g., program a survey in Qualtrics, carry out interviews with participants, etc.)
- Analyze results and communicate findings (e.g., in slide decks).
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar
- Experience with research design and analysis utilizing various methods (e.g., usability studies, contextual inquiry, surveys, etc.)
- Experience with Qualtrics and basic statistical techniques
- Strong grasp of a variety of research methods including, usability, concept testing, diary studies, literature reviews, focus groups, surveys, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills including ability to distill findings into concise insights and engage and excite stakeholders about research.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Successful track record of running user research programs, employing a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Self-motivated and able to work with little direction.
- Passionate, high attention to detail, innovative, creative, and team focused.
- Familiar with products and iOS.
