Responsibilities for a Video Surveillance Retention Specialist include but are not limited to:

+ Serve as a single point of contact for district and store management for all video retention needs.

+ Monitor compliance with company sweep programs and report safety concerns.

+ Retain and manage video footage of customer, associate, and law enforcement incidents for investigations and legal purposes.

+ Monitor CCTV systems and coordinate service when needed.

+ Partner with store, district, safety, and asset protection teams to address safety opportunities.

+ Maintain positive working relationships with local, state, and federal law enforcement.

Candidates for Video Surveillance Retention Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

+ Working knowledge of CCTV systems.

+ Basic Microsoft Office skills.

+ Ability to multi-task, handle diverse situations, and work with minimal supervision.

+ Strong communication skills, high integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

+ Detail-oriented and highly motivated.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
