The Role: The Insights Senior Lead will be the voice of the consumer within the organization, leading learning plans for New Product Initiatives (NPIs) from exploratory research and ideation through concept development, prototype testing and go to market. This work will be instrumental in elevating the Mobile & Audio Solutions portfolio and enabling faster, more effective decision-making across the team. Your Responsibilities:

- Define, own, and champion the audience strategy for MAS, identifying the target audience and how to flex for different segments by NPI.
- Act as the "voice of the consumer," representing the views of our target audience in internal meetings and discussions.
- Continue deep-dive learning of target users to identify shopper journeys, channel breakdowns, and purchase considerations to build a stronger audience strategy.
- Execute foundational, non-NPI-related work that advances the team's understanding of the audience and market space.
- Budget Planning and alignment with learning plans
- Provide consumer learning and guidance for the product team to make consumer informed decisions and trade-offs around NPI development
- Lead exploratory research to identify user context, needs, drivers, and barriers to surface new innovation territories.
- Define and execute consumer learning plan to refine and crystalize ideas
- Collaborate with the marketing team on the definition and evolution of MAS
- Identify key data points to assist the creative team in development
- Provide input/feedback to creative development from the voice of the target audience
- Define and execute learning plan for creative testing and evaluation
- Provide consumer input and key data points to support the creation of business cases, pricing strategy, and the identification of Target Audience, and market size.
- Serve as the source of truth for consumer-related questions and assist in integrating Consumer Insights learnings across the larger Personal Workspace Solutions organization.
- Work collaboratively across Business Units with Consumer Insights counterparts to identify their primary targets and advance their strategies.
- Partner with key stakeholders across Creative and Design, Business, Marketing, and MAS leadership to drive consumer-centricity.
- 15+yrs experience in consumer and/or user research, ideally with experience in the tech industry
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent skills in written and spoken English.
- Confident presenter with proven ability to deliver powerful, simple messages
- Open and willing to travel to our different Logitech offices to build strong relationships with business partners
- Brings a unique skill set at the intersection of Innovation Strategy, Research, Marketing understanding and Consumer Insights
- Demonstrates well-rounded experience in defining consumer-centric innovation strategy and building robust, multi-stage learning plans.
- Has Expertise in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including need-finding exploration, ideation, concept evaluation, and prototype testing.
- Is Flexible and able to adapt to shifting strategic needs and CI projects as they arise.
- A natural communicator and active listener, capable of building consensus by articulating a clear vision and understanding diverse perspectives.
- A strong collaborator with proven ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, design, and business leads.
- US-based, Ideally in California
- Experience with both B2C and B2B innovation initiatives is desirable.
