About the Role

The Company is in search of a Managing Partner of Creative to spearhead the transformative growth of its interactive division. This pivotal role involves driving the creative strategy, brand experience, and design aspects of the business, with a focus on global scale and the integration of technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a point of view for the company, expanding its creative capabilities, and guiding the team in delivering high-quality brand experience assets. As the first creative hire in this new, agency-like formation, the Managing Partner will be instrumental in establishing the vision and standards for the creative team, as well as building out the studio's talent and capabilities.

Applicants for the Managing Partner of Creative position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, experience design, marketing, or digital media/advertising. A BFA/MFA in a relevant field is required, along with a robust expertise in multiple creative domains. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in driving human-centric brand experiences, supporting high-caliber clients, and a strong appreciation for the intersection of strategy, creativity, and technology. The ideal candidate will be a passionate storyteller, an intuitive communicator, and have the ability to mentor and inspire a multidisciplinary design team. Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, AR/VR, and Web 3 is strongly preferred.
