NYC design-build firm, is looking for aDesign & Materials Specialistto join our growing team. This role blends creativity and technical skillhelping bring stunning home renovations to life.
What Youll Do
- Create and refine floorplans & layouts for interior residential projects - kitchens, bathrooms, apartments, and townhomes
- Produce CAD drawings & 3D renderings to present design concepts.
- Source and procure materials, finishes, and fixtures for projects.
- Work closely with clients, project managers, and vendors to keep projects on track.
What Were Looking For
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong eye for design and knowledge of materials/finishes.
- Experience managing procurement and vendor coordination.
- Organized, creative, and client-focused.
