Business Analysis Manager

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks Business Analysis Managers, MMM and Video in Bellevue, WA to create dashboards and visualizations and formulate storylines to provide actionable recommendations to partners. Keep updates on evolving MarTech and AdTech platforms and capabilities by attending relevant webinars and educational sessions from business partners. Discuss with business partners and align on key performance indicators that need to be monitored and analyzed. Validate and critique analyses and models built by external measurement partners. Guide design and conceptual development of media mix model (MMM) and other media attribution models; develop deep understanding of mathematical model formulations and impact on model outputs. Calibrate MMM and other media attribution models to the media experimentation results and/or other preferred analytical tools. Analyze historical media performance to understand how media impacts business results and brand strength. Recommend how to change the mix and nature of our advertising spend in future periods to achieve maximum possible outcome. Present complex analyses in concise and impactful manner to business line owners, media buying team and other marketing stakeholders. Communicate insights on media performance with a purpose of gaining buy in and influencing media decision-making to improve efficiency of media spend. Cultivate collaborative and positive cross-functional relationships with marketing teams, media agencies, advertising partners, and measurement/analytical vendors. Telecommuting is permitted, but applicant must work from the worksite location at least 3-4 days per week. No additional national or international travel is anticipated.

Experience and education requirements: PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Information, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field, and 3 years of relevant work experience. ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Information, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field, and 5 years of relevant work experience. In addition, the following skills are required: (1) Working with SQL to perform and automate complex data transformations and manipulations using stored procedures. In addition, working with Alteryx to validate, cleanse and blend various data sources, and uploading new datasets into Enterprise Warehouse. (2) Performing regression analysis, exploratory analysis, correlation analysis, causal inference or other statistical analysis. (3) Conducting hypothesis testing and statistical and probability modeling assessment. (4) Working with Tableau, portfolio of past projects with complex data visualizations using filters, parameters, data blending, level of detail expressions, advanced command of dashboard publishing and subscriptions. (5) Hands-on experience designing and/or building complex data models with multiple inputs and calculation tabs using scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, ROI analysis, and cash flow calculations. Washington Pay Range: $183,581.00 to $186,581.00/year. The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
