A Day in the Life What You'll Do:
- Assist in writing and editing user guides, administrator manuals, and technical documentation under the guidance of senior writers
- Learn to capture and integrate images, diagrams, and visuals into documentation
- Collaborate with engineers, developers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content
- Convert existing documents into reStructuredText (RST), Markdown, or other formats
- Support Agile documentation workflows and contribute to team reviews
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Communications, or related field
- 03 years of technical writing or editing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to varied audiences
- U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to DoD or defense programs
- Familiarity with RST, Markdown, HTML, or Sphinx Documentation
- Strong motivation and willingness to learn
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance highly preferred
