Deka Lash in Greentree is seeking an experienced Lash Artist to join our team in a Full-Time role. As a Lash Artist at Deka Lash you'll be responsible for providing the exceptional services and product offerings our clients have come to expect, while gaining experience, growing your client base, and working for a recognizable and respected name in the beauty industry. What We Offer: The option to participate in our 401(k) plan, with matching contributions Employee discount on product purchases Weekly payroll Advance pay benefit Competitive compensation Paid Training Bonus & incentive opportunities Optional insurance benefits including dental, vision, and accident coverage Primary Responsibilities Include: Provide lash extensions, brow lamination, tinting, sugaring, facials, upselling, and client education Sanitize studio and general upkeep Check clients in/out Participate in training and ongoing skill development Always display a positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor Communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers Other duties as assigned Successful Candidates Must Have: At least 21 years of age Valid Pennsylvania Cosmetology License (required) Lash certification preferred but not required One year of lash/cosmetology experience A positive attitude and willingness to learn Deka techniques Ability to work nights and weekends Sales experience is a plus A team player with a growth mindset
