Summary:

Were looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and bring the Raynmaker brand to life across multiple channels. In this hands-on, full-stack creative role, youll combine writing, visual design, and multi-channel content creation to help us connect with our audience and tell our story.

Youll work closely with the Head of Brand & Marketing and the Marketing Manager, focusing on producing, publishing, scheduling, optimizing, and reporting on content performancewithout the distraction of managing budgets or owning high-level strategy. This is an ideal role for a creative marketer who loves making things and seeing their work out in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Production

  • Design engaging visual content using Canva for quick-turn needs and Figma for refined or collaborative projects.
  • Create branded presentations and decks in PowerPoint or Google Slides to support sales, marketing, and company storytelling.
  • Edit photos, videos, and light animations for use in social media, ads, and other marketing formats.
  • Apply brand guidelines to ensure all creative output is visually consistent and professional.

Multi-Channel Content & Publishing

  • Develop, adapt, and publish content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, as well as ads, blog posts, videos, and other marketing deliverables.
  • Repurpose content across multiple formats to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Manage publishing schedules to ensure content goes live on time across all channels.

Web Publishing

  • Use Webflow to create, update, and optimize website content (e.g., blog posts, landing pages, basic layout tweaks).
  • Apply brand styling, work within existing templates, optimize images, and embed videos/forms as needed.
  • Ensure all published content is mobile-friendly, SEO-optimized, and aligned with brand voice.
  • Execute marketing strategies defined by leadership, delivering creative assets and published content on time and to spec.
  • Share performance feedback, identify whats working, and suggest content improvements.
  • Manage production workflows from concept to final publish, maintaining high quality across all outputs.

Qualifications:

  • 24 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or design within a Tech/SaaS or AI startup.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences.
  • Proficient in Canva, Figma, and Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets).
  • Basic media editing skills for photo, video, and light animation e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud or similar.
  • Experience with Webflow or other CMS tools for publishing and maintaining web content.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual consistency and brand alignment.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

First 30 Days

  • Complete onboarding and brand immersion.
  • Learn Raynmakers content guidelines, templates, publishing tools, and approval process.
  • Produce and publish your first set of social graphics, presentations, and blog content.
  • Shadow marketing meetings and understand campaign workflows.

By Day 60

  • Independently create and publish multi-channel content aligned with brand strategy.
  • Implement feedback from the Head of Brand & Marketing to refine creative output.
  • Share early performance insights and suggestions for optimization.
