The Marketing Administrator works closely with the Director of Marketing/Business Development, Office Administrator, and Mall Manager to develop and implement mall marketing programs, community-based initiatives, and foster retailer and community relations.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidates responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in preparing, coordinating, collecting, producing, supervising, and following up on promotions and events.
- Maintain the mall website, social media communications, and collateral materials.
- Collaborate with tenants to obtain sales reports and input data into reporting systems.
- Assist with preparing contracts and purchase orders.
- Support SYF and Family at Simon programs as needed.
- Assist the Office Administrator with various tasks.
- Support administrative elements and approvals for sponsorship and event deals, including contracting, deal entry, proof of performance, payment collection, contract renewal, revenue forecasting, and reporting.
- Assist with promoting and implementing platform programs professionally and timely, including measuring results.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years of administrative office experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and bookkeeping software.
- Effective verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills for interacting with customers, tenants, and co-workers.
- Flexibility and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creativity and ability to develop original ideas in an artistic context.
- Experience with promotion, event, and special occasion coordination is a plus.
