Overview Sales and Marketing Manager - Procurement Solution (Source AI) | Job ID: 100619

Your Impact As the Global Solution Asset Leader of Source AI, a GenAI-enabled category management platform, you will drive adoption of solutions in projects, support the development of new opportunities, and manage alliances with third-party vendors. You will lead product and team development, oversee team operations, and handle administrative tasks. You will ensure the adoption of Source AI capabilities on McKinsey procurement programs, delivering a best-in-class experience for consultants and clients. This includes managing third-party solutions throughout their lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing requirements, defining the solution vision, and collaborating with third-party engineering teams to deliver successful products. You will work with consultants and experts to meet adoption and customer satisfaction goals.

You will define and lead the sales strategy, drive client development and proposals, and manage the commercial aspects of client engagements. Experience in sales, ideally within a business-to-business (B2B) procurement platform, is essential.

You will build and maintain relationships with external players, establish partnerships, and manage the overall P&L of the asset. You will oversee team utilization, manage the solution balance sheet for optimal resource allocation, and conduct steering committees with the client capability network and PDP leadership. This includes defining the third-party solution strategy and roadmap.

You will lead a team to support McKinsey’s dual mission of delivering client impact and developing colleagues, with a plan to scale to double capacity year over year. You will be an expert on procurement topics, assisting with letters of proposals (LOPs) and client conversations. You will perform product demos for internal client service teams, clients, and in support of workshops and conferences. You will set pricing to meet revenue and adoption goals, deliver bi-weekly overview reports, and propose an overall budget to ensure success. Creating annual adoption and revenue forecasts is part of strategic planning.

Your Growth Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is challenging work. You thrive in a high-performance culture — doing hard things, persisting through setbacks, and trying new approaches.

In return, you will receive resources, mentorship, and opportunities to accelerate your leadership development. Colleagues at all levels will invest in your growth as you deliver exceptional client results, with apprenticeship, coaching, and broad exposure.
