A leading provider of digital marketing solutions in the automotive industry is seeking a Digital Advertising Program Manager - Data & Analytics to oversee data strategy, reporting, and performance optimization for a national automotive brand’s dealer advertising program.

This role requires a unique mix of data expertise, program management, and automotive media knowledge. The successful candidate will be an analytical problem solver, comfortable in client-facing settings, and skilled at turning complex data into actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

Data Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of program data—from vendor delivery through validation, troubleshooting, and integration—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity.

Analytics & Insights: Evaluate program performance across national, regional, dealer, vendor, and channel levels. Translate data into clear recommendations for optimization and growth.

Quality Assurance: Lead QA/QC processes, manage outlier and variance reporting, and develop scorecards to ensure vendor compliance with reporting standards.

Reporting & Visualization: Build recurring and ad hoc reports in Excel, PowerBI/Tableau, and PowerPoint. Present data in a clear, compelling, and actionable way.

Case Studies: Develop data-driven case studies showcasing program impact and supporting future strategic direction.

Systems & Infrastructure: Understand system interactions across the technical ecosystem, interpret documentation, and ensure alignment of data infrastructure.

Client Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, internal teams, and vendors. Present findings, provide recommendations, and proactively resolve challenges.

Project Management: Define scope, timelines, and deliverables for initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive smooth execution.

Program Growth: Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and program innovation.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in digital marketing account management.

Automotive industry experience is mandatory.

Strong understanding of Tier 3 dealership media channels (Google Ads, Meta; TradeDesk preferred).

Proven expertise with large data sets, advanced analytics, and data visualization.

Technical fluency with backend systems, APIs, data layers, and website integrations (management/troubleshooting required; configuration/build experience a plus).

Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerBI/Tableau, and presentation tools (PowerPoint).

Strong communication skills: confident in client interactions and able to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Willingness to travel several times per year for client and vendor engagements.
