Our design firm is looking for a full-time Experiential Graphic Designer to join our people-focused, creative studio. If you're passionate about designing meaningful and memorable spaces, we'd love to connect.
We work with a wide range of clients-from retail and hospitality to entertainment and residential-on projects that span the U.S. and abroad.
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of professional experience Bachelor's or associate degree in graphic design, experiential design, illustration, or a related field preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when needed Comfortable collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams and design managers Familiarity with architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations) and scale systems (imperial & metric) Knowledge of wayfinding theory, strategy, and design principles High attention to detail Skilled in sketching, scaled drawings, computer visuals, and photorealistic mockups Ability to translate brand identity into 2D and 3D physical environments Solid understanding of signage materials, finishes, lighting, and fabrication techniques Experience producing documentation for all project phases-from concept through construction Confident in communicating design intent to clients, fabricators, installers, and stakeholders Capable of creating brand visuals for print and digital media (logos, style guides, ads, social media, etc.) Tech Skills:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Experience with 3D visualization tools like SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, 3ds Max (or similar) Revit/BIM experience is a plus
Applicants will need to submit a
digital portfolio
and resume showcasing relevant post-grad work in experiential graphics, signage, wayfinding, placemaking, branding, and print collateral. Strong 3D conceptual skills are a bonus.
