Position Overview
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Design Manager to lead and manage our creative output across all media platforms. This role oversees the development, design, and execution of impactful creative assets for print, web, email, social media templates, digital advertising, signage, and promotional giveaways (internal shop). The ideal candidate is a visionary leader who can balance big-picture brand strategy with hands-on design expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership
Lead the creative strategy, concepting, and execution across all marketing
channels.
Maintain brand consistency while evolving visual identity to stay fresh and relevant. We have 3 distinct brands with their own brand identities.
Manage workflows and creative priorities to meet deadlines and business goals.
Multi-Channel Design Management
Develop and oversee creative assets for print collateral, websites, email campaigns, social media content, digital ads, signage, and giveaways.
Collaborate with marketing, external agencies, and operations teams to ensure alignment across campaigns.
Ensure high-quality production and delivery of both digital and physical media.
Hands-On Creation & Oversight
Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.) to design, refine, and finalize creative deliverables.
Build and optimize templates for recurring creative needs (emails, social posts, print materials, presentations, etc.).
Explore and leverage AI-based tools for image creation, design efficiency, and creative innovation.
Project & Workflow Management
Utilize Monday.com (or similar project management platforms) to manage timelines, tasks, and cross-functional collaboration.
Prioritize and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Provide feedback, direction, and coaching to designers, freelancers, and external partners as needed.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in creative design, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; strong portfolio showcasing a range of media (print + digital).
Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and an interest in experimenting with emerging technologies.
Proven experience creating assets for web, social media, digital advertising, print, and signage.
Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and digital marketing best practices.
Experience with template systems and scalable creative solutions.
Proficiency in project management software (Monday.com preferred).
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
Understanding of video editing and motion graphics experience.
Knowledge of user experience (UX/UI) principles including ADA requirements.
Experience working with internal shops, giveaways, or branded merchandise.
Agency background or experience leading multi-channel campaigns.
