SALARY RANGE: $12.00 - $15.00
JOB SUMMARY:
A FireLake Pizza artist is responsible for preparing pizzas in a "Subway Artist" type atmosphere. They will prepare pizzas per customer specifications daily and will handle financial transactions via cash register, to customers. They are responsible for providing friendly and courteous customer service, computing daily receipts and balances, and reconciling cash on hand, credit and debit transactions, and credit card slips at the end of each shift.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining high standards, possessing solid product knowledge, and upholding all components of customer service.
- Ensure sales counter product is of the highest quality and freshness.
- Implement and maintain customer service standards.
- Maintain all merchandising standards; display presentation, signing standards, and monitor inventory levels.
- Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Any other duties as assigned by the store manager or store director.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform other duties and projects as required by management
PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of cash registers
- Good cash handling skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written directions and instructions
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
- High school diploma/G.E.D.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to communicate with associates and customers.
- Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the department.
- Ability to move or transfer merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-50 pounds.
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time (up to 8 hours).
