The Work
Lockheed Martin is seeking an Interactive Media Developer to help create immersive training products for our customers, including interactive self-paced lessons, simulations, and emulators. The Interactive Media Developer will create accurate 3D representations of aircraft, vehicles, and other equipment to simulate operations and procedures, and will also create textures, materials, animations, etc., in support of the project.
- Designs and develops multimedia applications, systems, and products involving computer graphics and interactive computing applications
- Creates engaging graphics and emulations using multiple media types such as 3D models, animations, video, text, and audio
- Proven graphic design skills with strong attention to detail/aesthetics
- Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications
- Strong 3D and 2D graphics experience
- Experience developing training and/or training products
- Strong attention to detail/aesthetics
- Ability to create or modify multimedia assets quickly
- Strong skills with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong skills with the Adobe Substance suite
Desired Skills
- Experience developing content for Unreal Engine
- DoD experience
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Working knowledge of Six Sigma tools or lean business processes
- Multimedia experience across audio, video, 3D, 2D, programming, etc. is a plus
- High standards for work quality, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee will work part of their schedule remotely and part at a Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate schedules to provide flexibility. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over five days to condensed schedules with additional time off; these are in addition to Paid Time Off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour days, 3 days off per week
