The Retail Community Manager at Vuori is a people connector who actively collaborates with our retail stores, local studios, influencers and businesses to spread brand awareness and create extraordinary experiences. They will support new store openings and current stores with local events, in store activations, product seeding initiatives and will play an integral part of training teams on the community process.

Base pay range

$78,400.00/yr - $100,905.00/yr

What you’ll get to do

• Support Store Managers and Retail Marketing Managers in managing store community leads – reviewing and approving event proposals, supporting the team with resources and providing coaching.
• Travel to stores when support or additional training is needed.
• Attend larger scale events when additional support is needed on the ground at the store level.
• Assist the NSO team with community efforts in new markets through on-the-ground training and generating buzz around new store opening events.
• Implement company culture/values/mission as a living part of the team.
• Staff training and development.
• Grassroots sales and marketing strategy in local communities.
• Build relationships with new store teams to connect and engage the community.
• Lead and manage community events.

Community

• Responsible for relationships, networks, and the stores community strategy in the area to grow the brand.
• Attend local experiences and events and stay informed on fitness trends and instructors in the local community.
• Support the execution of community initiatives (events & experiences).
• Create a community database of athletic influencers and identify key relationships in the community to support stores and marketing.
• Help connect store teams with influencers and neighboring businesses to build brand awareness.
• Provide coaching and support for our retail stores.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of community events in-store and off-site, including travel, early starts, late finishes, and weekends.
• Maintain close communication with stores to ensure teams are informed about upcoming experiences and event needs.

People

• Maintain a positive experience in all interactions with potential candidates and build pipelines of talent by creating great relationships with store teams.

Training

• Deliver a training program to Store Managers and Community Leads including brand, culture, operations and community.
• Organize and implement team-building days focused on culture, relationships and teamwork.

The salary range for this role is $78,400 per year - $100,905 per year.
