Overview

Associate Creative Director at Razorfish. Lead art direction and design across in-app, digital campaigns and multiple channels. Collaborate with the team and client contacts to bring their goals to life.

Responsibilities

• Take lead in art execution and develop strong key visuals
• Concept and execute art for campaigns across app, social, web, email and more
• Leverage AI tools as needed for visuals and illustrations
• Support and lead creative team in brainstorming and concept creation
• Provide strategic input, give feedback, and challenge briefs to strengthen them
• Stay abreast of industry trends and apply them appropriately
• Maintain high quality on creative deliverables
• Assist creative leads in research and presentation materials
• Lead production of ideas and coach junior talent as needed
• Present work externally and internally
• Oversee other creative staff as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design or Advertising/Portfolio school
• 7+ years of art directing for advertising or marketing agency
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating conceptual art direction
• Full understanding of digital landscape including online campaigns, mobile experience and social media
• Experience managing and mentoring junior staff
• Proficiency in Figma and Google environments
• Experience leveraging AI as a creative tool
