Overview

Our client, a wholesale fashion accessories company, is looking for a Production & Sales Coordinator to support their Product, Sales & Design teams. This role is ideal for a detail-driven multitasker with strong Excel, communication, and vendor management skills.

What you’ll do

• Maintain daily communication with overseas factories for sample tracking, product development, and cost negotiations
• Create and manage costing spreadsheets for key accounts
• Prepare and organize customer line sheets, development packages, and reorder reports
• Maintain a comprehensive sample database for jewelry and soft goods
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure all documentation is accurate and timely for order processing
• Manage customer-specific development projects and custom requests

What we’re looking for

• 2–4 years in fashion jewelry/soft goods wholesale
• Strong Excel + proficiency in Office & Adobe Suite
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player
