Responsibilities
- Serve guests and promote store and personal sales (40% time allocated).
- Consistently attains sales and performance standards, especially during special events and store promotions.
- Promote an environment of total guest satisfaction by prioritizing the guest’s shopping and jewelry needs.
- Provide an exceptional guest experience by aligning with the guest’s agenda and following up using the Clienteling system.
- Monitor guest flow and assist in pairing guests with the appropriate team member.
- Oversee fashion merchandise categories (diamond fashion, gold, and color) and timepiece brands; train all team members on fashion and timepieces.
- Maintain knowledge of all fashion and timepiece merchandise; train team members on features, benefits, quality, value, warranties, services, and procedures for each brand/collection.
- Coordinate with vendor partners; complete vendor trainings, eLearnings, and incentive submissions for the store.
- Review weekly fashion and timepiece reporting; develop training plans to improve merchandise sales, standards, and guest experience.
- Collaborate with management on recruiting, hiring, scheduling, performance appraisals, and related personnel information.
- Assist with guest complaints and issues in partnership with the General Manager; support management in their absence.
Minimum Requirements
- Meet or exceed three of the five performance standards, with sales being one of the three.
- No Code of Conduct written counseling within the past six months.
- DCA certified.
- Minimum six months with the company or equivalent experience with another company.
- Completion of Minimum Training Requirements module and passing the related quiz.

Physical Demands
Must possess the ability to stand for long periods, reach with hands and arms, move among display cases, handle and feel merchandise, sit, stoop, kneel and crouch; lift and move up to 10 pounds; see well enough to discern differences in quality of merchandise.
Work Schedule
- As required by the store to include evenings and weekends.
- Three nights per week or as required by the General Manager.
- Sunday on an alternating basis or as needed.
- Store hours during Special Events and key selling times of the year.
