Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to join our dynamic team ASAP. As a key member of our public relations department, you will assist in crafting and maintaining our organization’s positive image while helping to build strong relationships with the media, stakeholders, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of PR campaigns and strategies.
• Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other media materials.
• Monitor media coverage and compile reports on public relations activities and effectiveness.
• Support the organization of promotional events and press conferences.
• Maintain and update media contact lists and databases.
• Conduct research to identify new opportunities for media outreach and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with PR software tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience or coursework in media relations and writing.
