Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 3 to 4 teams in developing high-level strategies and executing PR programs
• Foster strong relationships with media, influencers, and clients while directing staff to do the same
• Generate and edit a variety of written materials, including press releases and award submissions
• Maintain direct reports, assist in their development, and conduct annual reviews
• Engage in new business processes by identifying targets and presenting at pitches

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management within the technology or PR industry
• Proven ability to manage PR programs from inception to achieving goals
• Exceptional client management skills with a deep personal investment in client success
• Strong writing skills and proficiency in creating compelling communication materials
• Ability to navigate crisis situations and maintain confidence under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Established relationships with consumer tech media
• Experience measuring the ROI of communications activities
• Creative use of social media channels for engagement and support
• Background in mentoring junior staff to foster development
• Active participation in networking events to enhance business growth
