About the Role:
Lemma is looking for a Publisher Development Manager to drive our Connected TV supply growth across the North America region. This is a pivotal role where strategic thinking meets execution. As a Publisher Development Manager, you’ll be a core member of Lemma’s Supply Partnerships team focusing on bringing on and maximizing revenue opportunities for new publisher partners in the Connected TV (CTV) and Streaming space. You’ll be responsible for securing and launching high-value partnerships with leading CTV players from OEMs and AVOD apps to broadcasters and MVPDs. This role reports directly to the Head of Business Development & Partnerships, North America and will operate as a senior individual contributor, owning the full BD lifecycle.
What You’ll Do:
Publisher Pipeline Development
- Secure strategic CTV supply partnerships prioritizing impact and long-term value
- Own all phases of the business development lifecycle: sourcing, pitching, negotiating, contracting, and onboarding/integration coordination
- Collaborate closely with Product, Legal, Account Management, and Operations teams to bring complex deals to life
- Help create, automate, and implement processes that improve the publisher sales process
- Play a key role in shaping Lemma’s long-term supply strategy across North America
- Attend industry conferences and other in-person events
Internal Supply Leadership
- Monitor the overall network and share pertinent performance information with internal teams.
- Ensure the Account Management team is effectively managing all publisher partnerships.
- Identify ways to produce consistent revenue growth and maximize the value of Lemma’s publisher partnerships.
Strategic Library Management
- Develop and drive implementation of a standardized way to manage the Lemma CTV Supply library globally.
- Assist the Demand team in curating custom auction packages using knowledge of Lemma’s supply partners.
Supply Reporting & Analytics
- Create methods for tracking, measuring, and analyzing publisher data. Implement reporting methods tied to supply team KPIs.
- Work with Product, Account Management, and Engineering teams to refine and improve current publisher reporting tools.
What You’ll Bring:
- 4–7 years of experience in adtech or digital media sales, with 2+ years focused specifically on CTV publisher development
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree (Masters or MBA) preferred
- Strong network of decision-makers across the CTV ecosystem including OEMs, AVOD apps, broadcasters, and MVPDs
- Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding new business and revenue targets
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising and programmatic ecosystems, and specific knowledge of core CTV advertising technologies and standards: oRTB, VAST, header bidding, ad podding, SSAI, SDKs, etc.

Pay Transparency:
A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 base salary (+bonus/commission).
