Responsibilities

The Dental Hygienist is a critical part of the Doctor-directed oral hygiene team. This role is responsible for patient education, the delivery of preventative and periodontal dental treatment, and patient database collection and documentation.

Clinical Requirements

• A current Minnesota or Wisconsin Hygienist License (dependent on location)
• Certified to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide analgesia in Minnesota and / or Wisconsin
• Current CPR certification obtained through the American Heart Association health care provider course, the American Red Cross professional rescuer course, or an equivalent course.

Schedule

Schedule #1: Monday, 6:30a - 2:15p; Tuesday, 6:30a - 2:15p; Wednesday, 1:30p - 8:15p; Thursday, 8:30a - 4:15p; Friday, 6:30a - 2:15p with approximately 1 Friday monthly 8:30a - 4:15p.

Schedule #2: Monday 1:30p-8:15p; Tuesday 9:30a-5:15p; Wednesday 6:30a-2:15p; Thursday 6:30a-2:15p; Friday OFF (Option to pick up a schedule for FT).

Schedule #3: Every other Monday 6:30a-2:15p; Tuesday 6:30a-2:15p; Wednesday 7:30a-3:15p; Thursday 12:30p-8:15p; Every other Friday 8:30a-4:15p. Provides 2 day weekend, then 4 day weekend alternating. Saturdays 7am-2pm approximately 5 or 6 a year.
